Terms of Use

1. Using PrepTap

By using PrepTap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service. You must use PrepTap in compliance with applicable law and App Store rules.

2. Educational purpose

PrepTap provides educational interview-practice material. It does not guarantee an interview, job offer, promotion, or any particular outcome. Explanations are learning aids, not professional, legal, financial, or employment advice.

3. Account and service access

Sign in with Apple is required to use PrepTap. PrepTap requests no Apple name or email scope. Practice history is stored on your device and completed practice interactions synchronize to Azure. A first sign-in requires internet access; downloaded practice may remain available during a temporary outage after a valid session has already been restored. You are responsible for access to the Apple ID used with PrepTap.

4. Acceptable use

You may use PrepTap for personal interview preparation. You may not:

• interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the service;
• use automated means to scrape or redistribute the question bank at scale;
• misrepresent PrepTap content as your own commercial product; or
• use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

PrepTap’s app, brand, artwork, question wording, explanations, and service are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PrepTap while the terms remain in effect. They do not transfer ownership.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve, add, remove, or temporarily suspend features and content. We aim to keep the bundled practice experience available when online services are interrupted, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PrepTap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. To the extent permitted by law, PrepTap’s provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Termination

You may stop using PrepTap at any time or use the in-app Delete Account action to revoke PrepTap’s Apple authorization and remove synchronized and local account data. We may restrict access to online services when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
